Group Fitness Classes

Perfect cardio option before your pilates, yoga or BodyPump class. Instructor will coach you through intervals on our StarTrac spin bikes for 30 minutes.  Great music will motivate you to work your hardest.
 
Wear sneakers or clip in cycling shoes.  Water bottle and towel are recommended.
Get ready to work top  to bottom, side to side, front and back, inside and out... this class will WORK IT!  Instructor will bring you new challenges each week with a blend of strength moves, cardio conditioning, and core work.  Be ready for anything!
This fun active flow class employs the eastern elements of yoga with challenging pilates sequences. Blending high energy cardio movements with focused stretching, participants will build strength, flexibility and balance for a more fulfilling mind/body experience. 
A fusion of pilates mat and basic yoga flow. This is set to upbeat 32 count music. This workout is slightly aerobic because of the quicker pace. Focus will be on elongating muscles, strengthening core and moving to the beat of the music. No experience is necessary. Just a desire to MOVE.
Class will conclude with a stretching cool down.

A beautiful and mindful breath-synchronizing yoga flow, transitioning from one pose to the next bringing balance, strength and graceful movements to the entire body.
You will gain core strength and postural awareness, full breathing, release from stress, deeper levels of concentration and relaxation. This class is open to all levels. 
Pre-registered clients are guaranteed a bike if you show up on time!  Registered no show clients are subject to our no show policies.
 
A 45 minute Early am class to get your motor running! Please come ready to ride...biking shoes, comfortable gym clothes, water bottle and towel are recommended. Be ready to ride promptly at 5:15 am. If you aren't in your seat by 5:20 am, your bike is up for grabs.
This class is designed to work your whole body. You will work with a variety of equipement including weights, trx, kettle bells, bosu and more. Enjoy this great interval training
Working from the ground up...you'll hit every muscle group in your body in a low impact workout.
This dynamic Vinyasa yoga flow focuses on alignment, strength, flexibility, and breathing techniques. The practice is in a comfortable setting done at 85-90 degrees and is shaped with basic yoga poses and creative sequencing to accommodate all levels.
 
A basic knowledge of Pilates is helpful, but not necessary.
The instructor will tailor the class to the level of the clientele...offering a variety of modifications or challenges to allow you to personalize your class experience.  Props will be incorporated also...toning balls, gliders, Pilates Circles, toning bands, light weights, stabiltiy balls, and more.  
Participants in this class will have had some previous Pilates experience.  Knowledge of core engagement principals, proper breathing, imprint/neutral, and ability to modify as needed will be essential to enjoying the full benefits of this class.  Props will be included at times.
Start your week with a gentle, therapeutic practice that soothes the nervous system and releases physical and mental tension. Various props like blankets, blocks, bolsters,chairs,straps and sand bags are often used in this practice to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is appropriate for anyone seeking the benefits of gentle stretching sequences and nurturing sustained postures that ease the entire system into relaxation and balance. The combination of gentle Hatha and deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress, fatigue,illness, and or injury.
 A 40 minute class held on a stationary bike that will burst your heart rate as well as give you a nice resistance training.
A great overall full body cardio
We all know Tom's got flair...and he brings his fun personality to class on Saturday am.  Uplifting tunes, and an exhilarating spin...great way to start your weekend.
This class includes a lot of deep stretches to increase flexibility. You will strengthen muscles necessary for good back care and proper posture. It includes ball work to release deep muscle tension and improve the health of your muscle tissue. This class will end with aromatherapy oils and a light neck massage if you choose.
45 minutes of cardio. going through various interval training will certainly raise your heart rate as well as burn many calories.
 
3 reservations minimum required to guarantee class is offered.  Sign up by 6 pm day before.  Reserved spots that are no shows will be charged $5.  Numerous no shows by an individual will result in suspension of your reservation privileges.

Benefits are: improved balance, flexibility, strength and stress relief. A perfect way to begin your day with energy and focus. 
Become familiar with the suspension training system known as TRX (total resistance exercise). You will be shown how to adjust the "straps" for various exercises, how to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout on TRX, became acquainted with the added challenge of instability and more. A series of exercises will be introduced at a slower pace than is available in classes with experienced TRX users. This workout is a great compliment to pilates, yoga, running, cross-fit, and almost any other exercising you do. Good for all levels of fitness.
45 minute suspension training  class. Using the trx straps, this class will challenge you using your own body weight through multiple exercises. You will challenge your upper body, lower and core.

This Open Level class is for everyone who wants to hit 2 birds with one stone! Here’s a practice that helps you feel centered and balanced and at the same time, build physical strength and flexibility. Yoga poses use deep, slow breathing to harness relaxation, while strengthening core, upper body, and leg muscles. A relaxing savasana (rest pose) in the end allows you to land your practice!

Routines are pre-choreographed and easy-to-follow with a combination of fast and slow rhythms giving you a total cardio workout. Wear comfortable workout clothing and sneakers or soft-soled footwear.
