Restorative Yoga is the yoga of non-doing. When the body is fully supported it can effortlessly let go of deeply held tension. Props such as bolsters, yoga blocks, mats, and blankets will be used to help you safely achieve passive yoga postures.

No previous experience is necessary, however participants must be able to get up and down from the floor. Please bring your own blanket and small pillow.
 
$18 per person, advanced registration required
