New classes are being added to our schedule beginning this week:
Strength & Focus on Monday at 7:15. Welcome Bonnie Cristo as she brings her unique style of yoga to MOVE! Blending the strength and power of disciplined movement with focus on your personal intention. This class is appropriate for those with or without yoga experience. Drop in fee ($12) or flex pass.

Dance Jam: Session II with Kris Ashley
We are fortunate to have Kris return for a second session of recreational dance technique. A seasoned New York City choreographer, dancer and entertainer, Ms. Ashley will share her extensive knowledge on a variety of dance styles. For 6 weeks, your Middle or High Schooler will experience Hip Hop, Street Jazz, Dance for Musical Theatre, and more.

Cardio Hoop Session II begins Tuesday January 10th. Join Caren Pita from 4:30-5:30 pm for 6 weeks, as you learn how to make the simple Hula Hoop your personal training tool. Start out with basic moves and within a week or two you'll be adding arm and leg movements to increase intensity. Hoops are provided or you may bring your own weighted hoop or purchase one from Caren.

Fun and Fit for PreSchoolers. Explore movement skills and sporting activities in our clean and safe studio environment. Miss Shannon will motivate your children with fun music while they work on gross motor skills, hand eye coordination, and age appropriate fitness drills. Boys and girls come ready to move in active wear and sneakers or non-skid socks.
